What we produce
Vinyl is one of PWG’s most versatile in-house capabilities. The same workshop that engraves industrial plates and fabricates plastic components also designs, prints and cuts vinyl graphics for windows, vehicles, panels and signage.
Most enquiries fall into two groups: commercial work (shop fronts, office privacy film, branding graphics) and industrial work (vehicle livery, machinery labelling, internal wayfinding, panel marking). PWG handles both, working to your artwork, brand guidelines or to a brief.
Vinyl can be supplied for self-application with backing and transfer film, or fitted by the PWG team depending on the site, scale, access and timing required.

Materials & application options
The right vinyl depends on the surface, exposure, expected lifespan and visual effect. PWG works with a wide range of vinyl materials and films:
- UV-stable cast and calendered vinyls — for outdoor signage, vehicles and exposed window graphics where durability matters.
- Frosted and etched-effect films — for office privacy, glass partitions and glazed doors.
- One-way vision perforated film — for printed window graphics that maintain interior visibility.
- Printable polymeric and monomeric vinyl — for printed graphics, full-cover wraps and promotional work.
- Cut vinyl in standard and custom colours — for lettering, logos and graphic elements.
- Removable and semi-permanent films — for temporary promotional graphics, events and short-term applications.
Printed graphics are produced in-house on eco-solvent print equipment. Cut vinyl is plotted and weeded ready for application. Where on-site installation is required, PWG can quote application as part of the order.
