Clear, durable panel identification reduces operator error and supports safe operation of plant and machinery.
PWG manufactures the full range of panel-mounted identification: engraved traffolyte legends, printed polycarbonate overlays, anodised aluminium fascia plates, die-cut vinyl button labels, machine mimic diagrams and complete printed or engraved control panel fascias.
Work is produced to your panel drawings or CAD files. Standard cut-outs, hole patterns and corner radii are matched precisely so labels and overlays drop straight onto the panel during build or refurbishment. Repeat orders for production runs are held on file for fast reorder.

Materials we use
The right material for a control panel depends on the operating environment, contact frequency and required lifespan.
- Traffolyte and rigid engraving laminates — the standard for engraved legends. Available in multiple colour combinations, hard-wearing, easy to refit.
- Polycarbonate — printed reverse-side so the artwork is protected behind a clear panel face. The right choice for membrane-style overlays, wipe-down environments and high-contact panels.
- Polyester — durable, chemical-resistant film for labels and overlays where polycarbonate is over-specified.
- Anodised aluminium — engraved for the most demanding environments, including temperature, chemical and abrasion exposure.
- Self-adhesive vinyl — for individual button labels, indicator legends and panel marking with a clean finish.
Protective laminates can be applied to printed overlays where additional chemical or abrasion resistance is required.
